A heading with nothing in it
Screen reader users skim a page by jumping between its headings. Yours has an empty one, so they land on a heading that announces nothing and have to guess where they are. It usually comes from a text block that was left blank or one that only holds a spacer.

Where to fix it
Steps for your store platform
WooCommerce
Edit the page or product → look for a heading block with no text → give it text or remove it. Use a Spacer block for gaps.
Squarespace
Open the page → find the empty text block → either type the heading it should say, or delete the block. Use a Spacer block if you only wanted vertical space.
BigCommerce
Storefront → Pages → edit content → remove the empty heading, or give it text.
