Headings used for looks instead of structure
Screen reader users jump around a page by its headings, the way you'd skim with your eyes. On your pages the headings jump from large to small out of order, so that shortcut breaks and they have to listen to everything.

Where to fix it
Steps for your store platform
WooCommerce
Edit the page or product → click the heading block → change the level in the block toolbar. Use font size to change how big it looks, not the heading level.
Squarespace
Open the page → click the text block → in the text toolbar change the style (Heading 1 / Heading 2 / Heading 3). Use Heading 1 once at the top, then Heading 2 for sections under it — don't skip a level to get a smaller font.
BigCommerce
Storefront → Pages → edit content, or Theme → Customize → Typography. Set sizes with styles, not by skipping heading levels.
