Steps for your store platform
WooCommerce
Products → open the product → click the image in Product gallery → fill the Alt text field in the media panel.
Squarespace
Open the page → click the image → Design tab → Alt text.
BigCommerce
Products → edit product → Images & Videos → Description field on each image.
